Where can I find my case number? Your intake specialist assigned a case number to you when you first called Livanta. If you are filing a quality of care complaint you may have already received a letter from Livanta and your case number will be printed on it. If you cannot locate your case number, call Livanta’s Medicare HelpLine at .
Why isn't my case showing up? Arrow works for most types of cases filed by Medicare beneficiaries. If you feel this is in error, call Livanta’s Medicare HelpLine at . If you are a healthcare provider, Higher Weight DRG cases and Short Stay Reviews are not accessible through Arrow. Please call to check the status of your Short Stay Reviews.
Please note: Arrow is intended to supplement existing case review processes. It does not replace any processes, including phone notification of decisions. Providers should not discharge patients until they have received verbal notification of the decision from Livanta.
