The Medicare Quality HelpLine App uses innovative SmartPhone technology to make it easy for people on Medicare, and his or her caregivers, to call Livanta when they have a concern about the quality of care they are receiving.

The app provides quick and easy access to call center representatives. Livanta’s representatives field quality of care complaints to determine whether the standards of care were met by physicians and other providers as part of Medicare’s efforts toward Better Care, Healthier People, Smarter Spending.

Examples of concerns or complaints include:
